Warehouse Operative
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation. Various roles are available including Order Picking, Goods In, and Despatch.
This is a physically demanding role, ideal for candidates who are reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking customer orders accurately from pick sheets
Booking in deliveries and checking goods in
Preparing and packing orders for despatch
Ensuring stock is handled carefully and stored correctly
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working to productivity and accuracy targets
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg in certain areas
Good attention to detail
Numerate and literate (able to read pick sheets and count stock accurately)
Reliable with good timekeeping
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Working Hours:
2-shift rotating pattern (weekly rotation):
Days: 09:00 – 17:00 (£12.60 per hour)
Lates: 17:00 – 01:00 (£15.75 per hour)
Pay Rates:
£12.60 per hour (Days)
£15.75 per hour (Lates)
