Do you enjoy making a positive impact on the lives of those with early onset dementia?
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals living with early onset dementia to live well and maintain a positive quality of life. You’ll support and facilitate person-centred activities – both one-to-one and in group settings - that promote independence and overall well-being.
In this role, you will also act as a keyworker for several clients, building collaborative relationships and ensuring their support plans are tailored to their unique needs.
