Our client, a prominent primary school in Alperton, Greater London, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from £95 to £110 per day.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing one-to-one and small group support, assisting with the delivery of lessons, and collaborating with teachers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our learners.

We are looking for an individual who possesses a strong understanding of the national curriculum and a passion for education. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt your teaching approach to meet the diverse needs of our students, and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:
- A relevant Level 3 qualification in teaching, education, or a related field
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
