Would you like to join Hyde as a Building Safety Manager?

We’re looking for a Building Safety Manager to keep our High-Rise building safety information accurate, up to date, and easy to access. This role suits someone who is detail-focused, organised, and confident with technical documentation. Your work will help ensure our records are reliable, support regulatory compliance, and directly contribute to resident safety.

This is an office based compliance position.

What You’ll be doing

Maintain building safety records and inspection schedules.
Help manage risk registers, delivery plans, and monthly reporting.
Assist with general coordination and project support across the High-Rise portfolio.
Gather, check, and maintain information required for regulatory submissions and returns.
Support applications for Building Assurance Certificates and respond to requests from the Building Safety Regulator.
Maintain records to support Mandatory Occurrence Reporting and relevant building control applications.
Ensure building safety activity aligns with Hyde’s Building Safety Management Plan and Customer Engagement Strategy.
Maintain competency records, inspection schedules, and servicing documentation across the High-Rise Building portfolio.
About You

We’re looking for someone who has an extensive knowledge of residential building safety and is is organised, analytical and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. You will bring:

Experience in residential building safety, compliance, housing is essential
Working knowledge of the Building Safety Act and requirements relating to Higher Risk Buildings
Experience maintaining safety, compliance or technical records
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage detailed information accurately
