Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Term Time)
Hours: 9:00am–3:00pm (flexible for the right candidate). Optional holiday club work available.
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing within a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing children’s progress, maintaining accurate records, and supporting children’s individual needs and interests. You will work closely with colleagues and parents to build positive relationships and contribute to a strong, supportive team culture. The role also includes maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and cleanliness throughout the setting.
The ideal candidate is reliable, creative, organised, and passionate about early years education, with strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and relevant safeguarding checks. Previous nursery experience is desirable.
