About the role

As an apprentice, you’ll become an essential part of our nursery team, helping to create a warm, stimulating, and engaging environment for children aged 0–5 years. No two days are the same—every moment is an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real difference.

Your responsibilities will include:

Inspiring children through play, both indoors and outdoors.
Supporting learning activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Promoting children’s health and wellbeing through care routines and meal preparation.
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety.
Taking part in meetings, training, and professional development that help you thrive.

About you

You’re someone who genuinely loves working with children and is excited to develop new skills. You will:

Bring a caring, positive attitude.
Communicate confidently with children, families, colleagues, and your training provider.
Show initiative while also being able to follow guidance.
Embrace nursery procedures and uphold professional standards.
Be committed to completing assignments, assessments, and apprenticeship tasks.
Demonstrate a professional mindset and a passion for becoming an Early Years practitioner.
