We are recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a well known clothing retailer in Hemel Hempstead HP2 7GH with good transport links, onsite parking, and ongoing work available!

Hours & Shifts: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (0830-1700)

Pay Rate: £14.94 per hour

As Transport Administrator you will be working in a clean, bright and modern warehouse/ office environment undertaking any of the following duties:

- Completing service documents
- Updating the fleet planner
- Scheduling vehicle services
- Maintaining 15 months of vehicle documentation
- Liaising with external vendors
- Updating defect records

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:

- Previous experience in an Administrator role or similar
- IT Literate with good knowledge of Excel and Google spreadsheets would be useful
- Ability to work in a targeted environment
- Excellent attention to detail
