What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing, overseeing, and evaluating bespoke EHCP and SEN programmes
• Leading, coaching, and collaborating with SEN TAs, teachers, and external agencies
• Monitoring data-driven student progress, reporting outcomes to SLT & Governors
• Driving whole-school CPD on SEND best practice and inclusive ethos
• Liaising with parents, therapists, and external providers for holistic support
• Shaping policy, leading statutory compliance, championing pupil voice

Ideal "SENDCO" for this Greenwich School:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with NASENCO or commitment to completion
