We value your dedication with:

About the Role
As a Regional Support Manager, you’ll:
- Provide hands-on support to operational managers, teams and colleagues across both regulated and non-regulated services.
- Coach and guide services based on business needs, helping drive quality, consistency and best practice.
- Support the Operations Manager to ensure services deliver exceptional care and continuous improvement.
- Assist or manage services that require additional support, including flexible working across a 7‑day rota, varying shifts, and occasional overnight stays.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and all Local Authority, CCG, NHS and safeguarding requirements.
- Promote our ETHOS values and lead by example across all services.
- In the absence of a Registered Manager, take responsibility for service compliance and may be required to register with CQC as the Registered Manager.
- Oversee the quality, financial, health & safety and regulatory performance of services within your geographical portfolio.
This role involves regular travel across the South & South East region.

- Brings a positive, supportive approach to coaching and leadership
