We have an exciting full time (37.5 hours per week) Mon-Fri permanent opportunity to join our People Services Team at Mencap. We are looking for someone to join the team who:

- Will provide expert guidance and support for colleagues and new starters who are on an existing UK Visa.
- Support internal teams with information and guidance about different types of Visas that are applicable to the UK.
- Has experience of the using the Sponsorship Management System.
- Ideally has experience of being a level 1 user of the Sponsorship Management System.
- Loves the 'attention to detail' and is excellent at record keeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be compliant with outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies bylaws.

As an organisation we appreciate the importance of work life balance and offer the opportunity to work flexibly in either one of our offices or remotely however there will be expectations to attend the office for team meetings based in Peterborough.
