Your research will directly support fundraising that powers this mission.You’ll be joining a highly experienced, diverse, and supportive Philanthropy team, where continuous learning is intrinsic. You will build your skills alongside seasoned research and fundraising practitioners who are passionate about sharing their expertise and are open, fun and inclusive.As our Philanthropy Researcher, you’ll:Identify new prospects and funders through high-quality desk research.Produce concise donor profiles and insight to inform fundraising strategies.Support due diligence, data management, and ethical research practice.Develop prospect pipelines to support major donor, trusts and corporate fundraising teams.Produce project profiles backed up with statistical data.You’ll bring strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, great communication, and an eagerness to learn. Experience in business development, research, or data-focused work is welcomed.This role can be homebased, with regular travel to Salvation Army centres and occasional national travel for team activities, training, or project needs.This is more than a research role. It’s a chance to help resource life-changing work.
