What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Central Team in Newcastle as a Trust HR Manager, working across the Trust under the leadership of the Head of School (Business). We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR professional to lead the delivery of a comprehensive, centralised HR operations service for the Trust and its Academies.
Based primarily at the Trust Head Office at Trinity Academy Newcastle – Upper Site, the post holder must also be able to travel between academies and work flexibly in response to organisational needs.
The successful candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification, be educated to degree level or possess equivalent experience, have current or eligible CIPD membership, and have completed Safer Recruitment Training.
