  • Produce incident statistics, data insights, and analysis from the incident reporting system.
  • Develop visually compelling reports and dashboards for monthly, quarterly, and annual HSQE reporting cycles.
  • Combine data from multiple HSQE sources (incident data, audits, hazard spotting, risk registers, sustainability metrics, etc.) to create comprehensive risk mapping outputs.
  • Track actions and support continuous improvement initiatives across the HSQE function.
  • Perform regular data quality checks across tools, systems, and reports.
  • Design and maintain an HSQE dashboard/scorecard to monitor compliance and performance.
  • Collate and report on tools and equipment compliance metrics.
  • Provide internal building compliance reporting for Arcus offices, including statutory requirements and sustainability indicators.
  • Analyse trends from internal and external audit findings.
  • Report on toolbox talk completion rates across operational teams.
  • Support the Data Protection Officer with relevant data processing information.
  • Calculate accident frequency rates, including RIDDOR metrics.
  • Produce year-on-year trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Capture and analyse environmental/sustainability data including energy usage, carbon emissions, and mileage.
  • Contribute data for the corporate risk register and new business bids or contract renewals.
  • Support award submissions (e.g., RoSPA) through accurate data provision.
  • Carry out ad hoc data projects as required.
  • Analyse and report on dynamic risk assessment activity across the business.
  • Work closely with the HSQE Team to ensure data-driven collaboration and a strong understanding of HSQE business needs.
