Pay: £90.00 - £95.00 per day

Contract: Full-Time / Long-Term (Term Time Only)

Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:30 - 15:30 (apporx)

Randstad Education is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join specialist teams across East Grinstead. This is a long-term opportunity to support pupils with complex needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and SEMH.

Your Impact in the Classroom

  • Bespoke 1:1 Mentorship: Provide the consistent adult presence pupils need to feel safe and successful.

  • EHCP Implementation: Deliver tailored support based on legally-mandated Education, Health and Care Plans.

  • Co-Regulation: Use positive behaviour strategies to help students navigate emotional challenges.

  • Holistic Support: Work alongside SENCOs and therapists to build a 360-degree support network for every child.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience: A solid background in SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD) is essential.

  • Resilience: A calm, patient nature-even under pressure.

  • Stability: Candidates looking for a consistent, long-term school family to join.

  • Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent high-level experience).
