Student and Family Engagement Team Mentor
Grade: SP7 - £28,864 - £30,766 (£33,552 - £35,763 FTE)
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Student and Family Engagement (SAFE) Team at Wey Valley College.
SAFE Team Mentors deliver a high quality mentoring provision to our students and support and promote an inclusive culture that enables students to achieve their best and overcome barriers to learning and participation.
This is a permanent role for 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday, term time only. You will demonstrate a passion for supporting and experience of mentoring vulnerable young people to achieve their potential. You will have a good all-round knowledge of supporting the education of students who exhibit challenging behaviour, and possess excellent organisational skills.
