An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Caretaker to work within the Estates Department, which is responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the College. The team are a dedicated customer focus team at the hub of College life providing a range of services from security, operating intruder and fire alarms, administering first aid, or setting out a conference room. This is a varied and challenging role, which requires commitment, excellent customer care skills, the ability to communicate at all levels, and a ‘can do’ mentality. The successful applicant must be a team player and willing to learn new skills.
The position is based at our Warrington site. The shift pattern is an average of 37 hours over 3 weeks. The shift pattern is one week of mornings and 2 weeks of afternoons/evenings.
The successful candidate must have a full driving licence.
