Pay Rate: £12.21 - £12.91 per hour
Shifts: Rotating Days and Afters
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators / Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing business based in Doncaster (DN2). This is a temp to perm opportunity with immediate starts available and ongoing training provided from day one.
This role offers a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established company in the packaging and manufacturing sector.
The Role
Working within a busy production environment, duties will include:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Feeding materials into machines and removing finished products
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Packing, stacking and palletising finished goods
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or machine operating role is preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work rotating shifts (Days and Afters)
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Willingness to learn and undertake training
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
