The ideal candidate will have PA/administrative experience, outstanding IT and social skills, and the ability to handle challenging priorities with ease.
This role provides comprehensive support to the Faculty Executive Team, focusing on calendar management, event organisation, committee servicing, and travel coordination. You will work in tandem with the Faculty Executive Assistant to drive key office processes while serving as the professional face of the Faculty Office.
