• Ensuring all solutions meet Capita's governance, risk and assurance requirements, including Sales Governance and Solution Assurance processes
• Providing expert insight into costing, pricing strategies, delivery models and transition planning to ensure solutions are feasible, competitive and deliverable.
What we're looking for

• Demonstrable track record of developing winning, deliverable solutions that integrate service and technology components across complex bids
• Highly effective at facilitating collaboration, able to engage confidently with clients, internal contributors, and wider stakeholder groups to shape high‑quality solutions
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bring clarity, structure and consistency to the solution design process
• Comfortable operating in a high‑challenge, high‑complexity environment, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, with the capability to lead the development of solution materials, templates and associated documentation
Desirable
• Experience mentoring or coaching solution contributors such as architects, consultants or analysts to embed best practice
