Care Team Manager Full-time | Weekdays and Alternate Weekends

Step into a role where your leadership truly shapes the everyday experience of those in your care. As our Care Team Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a warm, supportive home—guiding a dedicated team, championing high standards, and ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and empowered.

What You’ll Be Doing

    Leading the home with confidence, ensuring all services meet company policies and National Care Standards Commission requirements.


    Taking an active role in care and housekeeping duties, always promoting dignity, privacy, and independence.


    Overseeing domestic operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.


    Upholding our Equal Opportunities policy in every aspect of your work.


    Inspiring and motivating your care team by setting a positive, professional example.


    Enhancing residents’ quality of life while keeping the home running smoothly day to day.


    What You’ll Bring

      Level 3 Diploma in Care


      Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
