*PERM SITE MANAGER POSITION*
I'm looking for a hands-on Site Manager to lead the delivery of modular healthcare projects from install through to handover.
You'll be responsible for managing site operations on fast-paced, high-quality healthcare builds, ensuring programmes are met, safety standards are upheld, and projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site activity on modular healthcare installations
- coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and programme
- Ensure strict H&S compliance and site documentation
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams
- Drive quality from install through to final handover
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on modular or healthcare projects
- strong knowledge of H&S and site processes
- Ability to manage fast-track programmes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid
- Willingness to travel nationwide as projects require
