Salary: £22,000-£23,000
Hours: 8:30am-4:15pm | Monday-Friday

Do you have the resilience and empathy to support young people with SEMH needs?

We are recruiting for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to work within a secondary setting, supporting students who may display challenging behaviour linked to trauma, anxiety, or emotional difficulties.

The role involves:

  • Providing structured daily support

  • Acting as a positive role model

  • Supporting students both inside and outside the classroom

  • Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams

Please note: The school location is not easily accessible by public transport. Reliable transport is recommended.
