Spurn Discovery Centre, Kilnsea, Hull

10 hours per week

£12.60 per hour

Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is one of the UK’s fastest growing nature conservation organisations and seeks to appoint a Housekeeping
Assistant to ensure an excellent standard of care in our holiday let, Nature Discovery Centre and offices at Spurn National Nature
Reserve

This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of the region’s most iconic locations as part of a friendly and dedicated team. In
this busy and varied role, you will ensure our popular holiday let apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared to a high standard
for incoming guests on changeover days. You will also help maintain the cleanliness of our offices and support consistently high
presentation standards within our Discovery Centre, which welcomes around 60,000 visitors each year.

The successful candidate will have experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, a strong commitment to delivering excellent
customer care, and the ability to work independently using their own initiative. You will be flexible in your approach to working
days and willing to work as part of a weekly rota.

How to apply:

Please submit an up-to-date CV and supporting statement. When writing your supporting statement, please refer to the person
specification within the job description, and ensure you describe your relevant knowledge, skills and experience relevant to the
role. Ideally, your CV and supporting statement should be in an editable format, such as Word, so we can anonymise your documents
prior to the short-listing process. Please DO NOT include any personal details (name, address etc) on your supporting statement.
