A well-established, independent small animal veterinary practice in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join its team. Since opening in 2007, the practice has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional care in a supportive and friendly environment.
About the Practice:
• The practice employs a conscientious team of veterinarians, registered veterinary nurses, and nursing assistants dedicated to continuity of care.
• Fully Tier 2 RCVS accredited, providing strong support for professional development.
• Focused on high-quality, patient-centred veterinary care in a collaborative setting.
Facilities Include:
• Dedicated dog and cat wards
• Fully equipped surgical theatre suite
• Diagnostic imaging, including radiography and ultrasonography
• In-house laboratory capable of processing blood tests in 15 minutes
• Isolation room and separate bereavement area for comprehensive patient care
Role Overview:
The Veterinary Surgeon will provide first-opinion care to small animals while maintaining excellent client communication and ensuring continuity of care. The practice seeks a candidate who is committed to compassionate, high-quality veterinary care and values a supportive team environment.
Working Hours / Rota:
• Full-time: 4 days per week (flexible arrangements considered)
• Part-time applicants are welcome
