Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) – Up to £28,000



Our client is committed to providing a safe, engaging environment where children can learn through play and exploration. They are looking for a Nursery Practitioner who shares this approach and can take on key worker responsibility within the setting.



As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan and deliver child-led activities while supporting individual development. This is a hands-on role requiring confidence, attention to detail and a clear understanding of early development.



Before You Apply



  • This role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.

  • Applicants must have recent experience working in an Early Years setting.

  • This position is not suitable for candidates without the required qualification.



Key Job Details



  • Salary: up to £28,000 per year

  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week

  • Shifts: 8:00-18:00

  • Contract: Permanent, full-time contract

  • Setting: Private day nursery setting

What You’ll Need



  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

  • Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in a nursery or similar setting

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements

  • Ability to work independently within ratio



What You’ll Do



  • Act as a key worker for a designated group of children

  • Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS

  • Observe, assess and record children’s progress

  • Build professional relationships with parents and carers

  • Maintain safeguarding, health and safety standards

  • Contribute to room planning and daily organisation
