As a Barista / Food and Beverage Supervisor with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of delivering a world-class service, ensuring every customer receives outstanding quality and care.
You will also support and guide the team to maintain the highest standards across the operation, bringing a positive impact to every customer’s day.
The Role
Supervise daily barista and food service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Prepare specialty drinks and serve food to customers, leading by example
Support, motivate, and coordinate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences
Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented front and back-of-house areas
Take ownership of service standards and actively seek opportunities to improve performance
Handle cash and operate the till system accurately, ensuring correct procedures are followed
Ensure all food and drinks meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
Uphold and promote high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service at all times
About You
Previous experience in a customer-focused food and beverage environment
Experience supervising or supporting a small team in a hospitality setting
Excellent at delivering outstanding service and leading by example
Friendly, approachable, and professional with strong communication skills
Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
