Are you passionate about safety and delivering a great customer experience?

As a Security Officer with ISS, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting your colleagues and our customer's property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations.

The Role

Stay vigilant and identify any suspicious activity or security concerns

Prevent unauthorised access by checking ID passes and controlling entry points

Carry out regular security patrols throughout the facility, including across multiple floors

Operate CCTV systems and support Security Control Centre activities where required

Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service, meeting and greeting staff and visitors

Keep up to date with all activity on site and maintain full awareness of daily events

Build positive, professional relationships with customers, colleagues, and site users

Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and report any breaches or hazards immediately

About You

Previous security experience

A valid front-line SIA licence (Security Guarding, Door Supervision, or Close Protection)

Knowledge and experience with security systems and related technology

Great attention to detail and a consistent approach

A team player with strong customer service skills

New recruits will be encouraged to enrol onto the relevant apprenticeship as part of their training and development

Due to the nature of the site, Security Officers will undergo further clearance checks (BS7858 & BPSS)
