System (Scantrack) Carry out in house cleaning tasks as directed Report all non conformances to a Supervisor Handle all equipment with care Decontamination Process (Clean room) Follow the correct entry and exit procedure for the cleanroom. Ensure the correct footwear and clothing is worn at all times Carry out in house cleaning tasks as directed Follow hand hygiene code. Follow work instructions for the safe use of machinery Follow all work instructions for the safe handling checking and packing of instrument trays and supplementaries. Adhere to the uniform policy Track and trace all equipment through the I.T. Ensure Quality Management System records are completed accurately and legibly and that uncontrolled changes are not made to documents or records.
