Teaching Assistant




32.5 hours per week, term time only plus Inset Days (39 weeks)




Salary WSCC Grade 4, Pt 5 (£25,583 FTE, Actual £19,203)







We are seeking creative and inspiring colleagues to work alongside our teachers in supporting students to access their learning.
As a teaching assistant you will be working with individuals or small groups in our specialist learning support areas as well as
supporting our mainstream classrooms, making a real difference to our students and their progress. The successful applicant will,
Have a genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference. Support students to access mainstream lessons
across the school. Develop an understanding of the particular needs of the students they are supporting. W will be flexible and
able to adapt to the developing needs of the students and the requirements of the teacher and department. Work calmly under
pressure
