Elite Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Birmingham for a Part-Time Temporary Receptionist to provide reception cover within a busy and welcoming environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, organised, and professional individual who enjoys working front-of-house and interacting with the public.


The Role

As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience at all times.

Your duties will include:

Providing reception cover
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Assisting with parents collecting children, ensuring procedures are followed appropriately


The Ideal Candidate

Confident and professional telephone manner
Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual
Previous reception or front-of-house experience is desirable
