Recruitment Professionals are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and busy nursery in Tottenham for an organised and proactive Nursery Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of a childcare setting.
About the Role
As Nursery Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery’s administrative operations. You will act as the first point of contact for parents and visitors while supporting the management team with essential office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing nursery records, registrations, and child data
• Handling enquiries from parents and prospective families
• Supporting invoicing, fee collection, and general finance administration
• Maintaining accurate staff and child files in line with compliance requirements
• Assisting with recruitment administration and onboarding paperwork
• Ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance at all times
• Supporting the Nursery Manager with general office duties
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience (experience within a nursery or school setting desirable)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and nursery management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, approachable, and highly organised
• Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality standards
