Home Improvement Surveyor
Salary: £38,498 - £48,123 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) plus a Car Allowance of £2,329 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: You will be working between our Maldon, Essex office, your home and out and about in our customers homes
We’re currently looking for a Home Improvement Surveyor to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out high quality home improvement surveys in our customers homes and other buildings owned by Moat. You’ll achieve this by surveying buildings, carrying out inspections and quality audits using our IT systems, producing reports to evidence your findings. By monitoring the general condition of our homes, it will inform future planned, cyclical maintenance and refurbishment programmes on the grounds of health and safety, legal obligations and budgets.
We’re looking for someone who has experience in surveying / property inspections, with a good knowledge of common building defects. You’ll also be confident when using IT systems, including asset management databases and Microsoft Office suite. It’s essential for this role that you have a Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
