We are now looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As our Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee the build, testing and quality control of products, ensuring they are delivered to specification and on time.

Leading a team, you will be involved in every aspect of the manufacturing process, from assembly to testing and inspection. You will ensure all goods are packed safely and dispatched efficiently, working with couriers to manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Supporting the Manufacturing Director, you’ll train and develop team members, contribute to improvements in processes and help maintain high operational standards across the function.

About You

To be considered as a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will need:

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience supporting or developing team members
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and external partners
- A good understanding of Health and Safety requirements
