Role Overview

Ultimate Renewables Supplies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of
our Sales team. The ideal candidate will produce quotes, perform design reports and send product information for our range of
renewable products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and Handle Quotes: Prepare and process quotes for customers with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. This entails
coordinating with the sales and procurement teams to gather all necessary information, ensuring quotes reflect current pricing
and addressing any customer queries related to quotes.
* Analyse Margins: Regularly review and analyse the profit margins of renewable products, identifying opportunities for
improvement and working with the sales team to implement strategies to enhance profitability.
* Product Information Maintenance: Maintain and update detailed and accurate information on all the renewable products and
services. This includes ensuring product descriptions, specifications, and pricing information are up-to-date, and making this
information readily available to the sales team and customers.
* Support Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure smooth
operations. This includes attending team meetings, providing regular updates on customers, and assisting with any
administrative tasks.
* Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to address enquiries related to renewable products. This involves
providing detailed product information, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.




What we want from you

* Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the merchant sector is preferred.
* Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
* Attributes: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively.
