The Role

Job Title: Intensive Housing Management Worker

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, flexibility required

We have an exciting opportunity for an Intensive Housing Management Worker to join our service. You will support people we work alongside to access opportunities for them to improve their quality of life, develop their skills and make decisions about their future.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective and responsive intensive housing management service. This will include providing advice and assistance regarding money management, helping to keep our properties functioning and in good repair and working in partnership with external agencies helping people to gain skills needed to maintain their tenancy and move onto independent living.

You will carry out inspection of properties and arrange for repairs to take place liaising with our property team, landlords and contractors when needed.
