Location: Dale Barracks, Liverpool Road, Chester CH2 4BD Hourly Rate: £12.54 Hours: Permanent part-time, 24 hours/week, working pattern Monday – Friday, 6am start Job Ref: 630104
Are you ready to lead a front-of-house team, deliver outstanding service, and take the next step in your hospitality career? Aramark UK is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our friendly, motivated team at Dale Barracks.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
- Support the Manager with stock control, staff rotas, and training.
- Keep standards high by ensuring cleaning schedules are followed.
- Operate tills, handle cash, and explore upselling opportunities.
- Serve food and drinks while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Share your menu knowledge with customers and train new starters.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you!
- Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.
- A positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
