Crynodeb
You will be working as an independent specialist practitioner providing dietetic assessment and interventions across wards on several sites in three boroughs. You will utilize well developed communication skills to work effectively with patients, carers and multi professional teams at each site to ensure the best outcome for patients. You will plan , deliver and evaluate informal and formal training to patients and staff. You will work collaboratively with other Trust dietitians and contribute to project, resource and policy development as appropriate. Please see job description for further information.
