Key Tasks and Activities Consultations:Seeing patients in person, over the phone, and in care homes for routine check-ups and specific medical conditions. Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records of patient progress and treatment. Paperwork:Managing administrative tasks, including checking paperwork, signing repeat prescriptions, and preparing reports. Specialised Services:Organizing and leading clinics for specific conditions, such as diabetes or chronic illness management.
