A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the King's Lynnfor a Sous Chef to work in their luxury 4* Hotel which has a 2AA rosette level restaurant alongside a talented and experienced Head Chef. This is a good career opportunity for an ambitious chef to become part of a talented kitchen team. Staff accommodation can be provided as well.

    The Role

      • Running and managing the hotel kitchen in Head Chef's absence
      • Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
      • Preparing meals using fresh produce to 2AA rosette level
      • Restaurant and Function Work
      • Kitchen Management duties

      The Person

        • You will already be a Sous Chef
        • Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
        • Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to 2AA rosette standard
        • Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
        • Steady Career History
