Summary
Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Cleaner to join our Astley based client.

We're seeking someone with previous cleaning and supervisor experience to join and manage a team of Cleaning staff working across multiple sites. As such, you will be responsible for:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across assigned areas, including scheduling and task allocation
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards and quality control requirements are met
- Train, support, and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and corrective guidance
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, including inventory control and maintenance reporting
- Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper chemical handling and PPE compliance
- Communicate with management and clients, handle complaints, and complete required reports and documentation
To be successful in this Cleaning Supervisor role, you'll have previous experience in a cleaning role, along with access to your own vehicle. Other key skills, traits and experience include:
- Good hands-on knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe working practices
- Used to carrying out spot checks to make sure standards stay high
- Comfortable training new staff and supporting team members day to day
- Experienced in keeping track of stock and ordering supplies when needed
- Confident dealing with client queries or complaints in a calm and professional way
