Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for aLearning Support Assistant to join our Schools team at our Berkshire College of Agriculture Campus. This part time position requires working 28 hours per week for a total of 38 weeks per year. The successful candidate can expect a work pattern of Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 08:30 am to 15:30pm. The role pays between G16 £15,556.29 and G19 £17,290.22 on Support Pay Scale G (£24,098 to £26,784 FTE).

Learning Support Assistant - Schools

Join our Schools Provision team and work with students referred from local schools who have a variety of SEN requirements. Your role will involve providing support on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or within a full classroom setting. This position requires you to work from 08:30am to 3:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, for a total of 38 weeks per year during term time.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enabling students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to fully access the curriculum. By assisting in the delivery of a structured and planned learning support programme, you will help students engage in all aspects of college life and work towards their desired outcomes, learning goals, and full potential.
