Supply SEN Learning Support Assistant
Humly is recruiting a Supply SEN Learning Support Assistant to join primary schools on a temporary and long-term basis.
This role involves supporting children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Many of the available placements are long-term, offering consistency and the opportunity to build strong relationships with pupils and staff. This position would suit an experienced SEN practitioner who is confident providing tailored support and adapting to a variety of school settings.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting pupils with special educational needs across KS1 and KS2
Delivering targeted interventions and small group support
Providing 1:1 assistance for pupils with additional needs
Implementing EHCP strategies and personalised learning plans
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals
What You’ll Bring
Experience supporting children with SEND in a primary setting
Confidence working across both KS1 and KS2
A calm and patient approach to behaviour support
Understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning strategies
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A proactive and adaptable attitude
Pay
£14.85 per hour
