We are currently recruiting for a permanent Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established nursery in Canvey Island. The Role – Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that support children’s development across all areas of the EYFS.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

  
  

• Planning and implementing stimulating activities to support learning and development

  
  

• Observing, tracking, and assessing children’s progress

  
  

• Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families

  
  

• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment

  
  

• Supporting the wider nursery team to maintain outstanding practice

  
  

• Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times

  Requirements

  To be considered for this Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role, you must have:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)

    
    

  • Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting

    
    

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development

    
    

  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures

    
    

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    
    

  • A proactive, reliable, and positive approach

    
    

  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
