The Yorkshire Clinic offers high-quality healthcare with leading Consultants for various medical services and complex surgeries. We seek an experienced Theatre Manager to lead our theatre team in 5 operating theatres, implementing quality and strategic initiatives. This role involves building relationships with consultants, senior teams, and healthcare professionals. You will manage the budget, ensuring patient safety and experience while adhering to clinical governance and CQC standards. As a leader, you'll motivate your team, drive performance, and support new hospital initiatives, with opportunities for professional development through Ramsay Academy. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient perioperative care. The successful candidate will have current NMC/HCPC registration, extensive Theatre management knowledge, strong leadership, and excellent organisational and communication skills. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, they will ensure the department is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led, driving efficiency and maximising session utilisation. Essential Criteria: ODP/Registered Nurse Current NMC/HCPC registration Theatre manager or deputy manager experience Management of list utilisation and staff resources Commercial and financial healthcare knowledge Business and activity growth experience Analytical report writing Line management of clinical departments Leadership experience Organisational skills to prioritise and delegate Clinical governance experience in perioperative settings Change management skills Excellent IT skills Experience: Strong clinical background in theatre from acute or private hospitals, proven track record in delivering change for quality and efficiency, innovation in clinical practice, policy development, and ongoing professional development.
