We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Ashfield to assist with the appointment of a Tenancy Services Co-ordinator, on a 6.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £13.68 - £17.70 per hour
Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Services Co-ordinator to support the Tenancy/Estates Team in delivering an effective housing management service. The role involves providing administrative and customer-focused support, coordinating appointments and housing activities, processing tenancy-related requests, and ensuring accurate record keeping across housing management systems.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate appointments, housing surgeries, estate inspections, and tenancy visits
Process mutual exchanges, successions, tenancy assignments, and related requests
Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries, providing housing advice where required
Support Housing Officers with inspections, safe & well checks, and tenancy visits
Maintain accurate electronic filing and housing management systems
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 GCSEs (Grade A–C or equivalent) including English and Mathematics,
OR demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills through relevant work experience
Essential Requirements:
Experience working in an office environment
Experience in a customer service role, including call handling
Experience working with members of the public
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills (telephone and face-to-face)
Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload
