- Basic: Circa £60,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

We are looking for an experienced Workshop & Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our commercial vehicle workshop, including bodyshop and maintenance. You will lead and coach a team of Technicians, ensuring repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

- NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds, ATA qualified or IRTEC licensed (desirable)
- Bodyshop experience desired
- Proven team leadership and coaching experience
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
