• Is enthusiastic and motivated to achieve the very best possible education for our children
• Is a practicing Catholic who will lead and develop the Catholic ethos within school
• Is forward thinking and outward looking and will take a bold and challenging approach to making changes
• Can contribute to the impact across the Federation
• Will support their school as it journeys into the St Clare’s CMAT
• Has the skills and vision to support the continuous development of the school
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to teamwork
• Has the ability to create and implement effective management systems in which roles, responsibilities and accountabilities are clearly articulated
