What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting opportunity for the role of Chief Finance Officer has arisen to join our strong and successful leadership team.
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated CFO to provide strong leadership, covering our central services covering finances, IT and HR and maximising commercial opportunities as we move into the next, exciting phase of our strategic development.
Candidates must have a strong business acumen, expertise in strategic finance management, working with high-performing teams and a clear understanding of how to manage highly efficient central service functions. Prior experience of working in an Academic Trust and school environment is not essential, but candidates must possess a precise, analytical and agile mind, creativity, strong interpersonal skills, plenty of drive and energy, and commitment to the ethos and aims of our Trust.
