Summary

Sous Chef Required for 4 Star Highland Village Inn

Sous Chef / Junior Sous Required – Cooking & Food Prep , compliance with legislation, food production, stock control

You will work closely with the Head Chef and cover each other's days off and work alongside all parts of the team here - we are a small friendly unit and require a friendly face who will fit in and care about the business.

Our Season is 8 months on - 4 months off (1st March - 31st Oct) Fixed Contract with opportunity to return annually

5 Days on - 2 Days off

Share of Breakfast / Evening Service

We are looking for chef's with a "can do" attitude and an open willingness to be reliable pairs of hands. To work in unison Someone creative and works on menu ideas and daily specials with the team.

Our menu's and food style for 2026 : Breakfasts & Hearty & Rustic Bar Meals
