- Master the Mechanics: Break down complex grammar and phonetics into digestible, "lightbulb" moments for learners of all levels.

- Track the Transformation: Carefully monitor student progress, ensuring that no learner is left behind and high-flyers are constantly challenged.
- QTS or equivalent teaching certification.
- Linguistic Fluency: Exceptional command of your target language(s).
- Classroom Charisma: The ability to manage, motivate, and mentor diverse groups of students.
- Compliance: Eligibility to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS.
